Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Woodzon IBS located in Banaswadi, Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating with customer requirements, developing sales strategies, setting and meeting sales targets, and analyzing data to improve sales processes. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other teams to maintain customer satisfaction and company growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team, meeting or exceeding targets and goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and trends to improve sales processes and strategies
Experience with sales software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills
Experience in the field of wood products sales is a plus
