Take over projects from Business development team

Establishing and developing project team

Assigning site lead for Project

Site Surveys that are required for the project execution

Project installation planning, interfacing with customers for installation

Interfacing with installation sub-contractors if any and ensure quality of installation is maintained

Planning the testing & commissioning activities with the company teams and customers

Successfully test & commission the installation as per the approved testing procedures of the company and obtain installation complete certificates form customers

Update the bell test copies as per the actual installation and send to design team for preparing the as built drawings

Submit the as built drawings to customers and get it signed off by customers

Close all the punch list items post commissioning

Strictly adhere to company processes in terms installation, testing & commissioning and delivery

Always aim for zero failures

Implement and maintain project management process

Develop vendors for installation & construction

Liaise with customer

Plan the site construction activities and prepare project execution plan

Ensure ownership of project & project sites

Prepare and submit project monthly reports to management

Qualification & required technical skill sets

BE / Btech with minimum experience of 10-15 years

Project management exposure

Site management expertise

Analytical skills
