Job Summary

As a Senior Business Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving the companys growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with clients. With a focus on sales and marketing you will leverage your expertise to develop strategic plans that align with the companys objectives. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and in-office ensuring a balanced work-life environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and enhance market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and increase conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients to secure favorable terms.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the business development team.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in sales and marketing with a minimum of 12 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in developing and executing successful business development strategies.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Show proficiency in analyzing market data and using insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Display strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives.
  • Be adaptable to a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
