Duties Responsibilities :

1, according to the company&aposs business development planning, please independently complete the maintenance work of the film and television system of the moving train group assigned by the competent railroad bureau to ensure the normal operation of the system;

2, Identify hardware failure and carry out on-site maintenance;

3, Signing after-sales service reports.

4, Collect equipment failure information;

5, the fault information of the equipment feedback to the engineering department, the engineering department will send it to the quality department, research and development department and other related departments, for the company&aposs product performance improvement to provide accurate reference.

6, Properly deal with the relationship with the A party, maintain the good image of the company;

7, Provide on-site training for customers and complete all required tasks.

8, With the improvement of technical ability, you will gradually develop into a technical support engineer or senior technical support engineer.

Requirements :

1, Master the basic theoretical knowledge of computer network

2, understand the basic knowledge of electronic circuits

3, Familiar with the news and knowledge of multimedia audio-visual industry

4, more than three years of after-sales service or related work experience, can independently complete the equipment installation, debugging, hardware product failure identification and on-site maintenance.
