Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Sales Engineer / Sr. Sales Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on technical sales, marketing, and product promotion within the industrial automation sector. You will be responsible for driving product adoption across OEMs, end-users, and distributors in the assigned sales territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new OEM accounts and build a strong customer base in the assigned territory.
- Promote and demonstrate Control Products , including :
- Mass flow meters & controllers
- Gas flow measurement solutions
- Temperature controllers & sensors
- Pressure switches, limit switches
- Proximity and photoelectric sensors
- Burner controllers, flame detectors, temperature recorders
- Conduct technical presentations , product demonstrations, and explain product benefits for technical approvals.
- Collaborate with the engineering and application support teams to propose suitable products for customer requirements.
- Manage sales channels, including OEMs, end-users, and distributors, to ensure effective market penetration.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support , ensuring customer satisfaction and relationship development.
- Keep the management regularly updated on sales activities, market developments, and customer feedback.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong technical knowledge of industrial automation and control products.Proven experience in technical / B2B sales and customer acquisition.Excellent communication and presentation skills .Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.Goal-oriented with a strong focus on target achievement .Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field).5 to 8 years of relevant experience in technical sales or product promotion roles within industrial automation.Skills Required
