Position Overview :
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our growing team in India. This is a primarily in-office role, but will also involve occasional travel to Middle Eastern cities to engage directly with customers and stakeholders. These visits may require short stays of a few days at a time.
As a Sales Engineer, you will manage the full sales cycle with a strong emphasis on technical product demonstrations, solution consulting, and customer support, alongside driving deals to closure. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to blend technical expertise with sales skills, while working on a cutting-edge AI product in the AEC domain.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with qualified leads provided by the marketing team, understand their technical and business needs, and build strong client relationships.
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations for prospects and clients.
- Act as a technical advisor during customer discussions, ensuring product capabilities are clearly understood.
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to deal closure.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand technical details and customer use cases.
- Travel occasionally to the Middle East for stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline progress in CRM tools.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, BCA, MCA, or a related technical field.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role involving technology products.Prior exposure to the AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) is a strong advantage.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Technical aptitude and willingness to learn complex software products quickly.Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.Willingness to travel internationally (short trips to the Middle East).What We Offer :
