Job Title : Deputy Manager – Cloud & IAM (Onsite)

Location : Bengaluru

Work Mode : Full-time | General Shift | 5.5 Days (Alternate Saturdays Working)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager – Cloud & IAM to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies (AWS / GCP) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) . You will be responsible for driving cloud strategy, ensuring security compliance, and managing IAM processes across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage cloud operations across AWS and GCP environments.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure.

Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and governance frameworks.

Ensure compliance with security and data protection requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cloud integration and optimization.

Troubleshoot complex cloud and IAM-related issues.

Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring best practices are followed.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum Experience : 7+ years in Cloud and IAM domain.

Primary Skill : Cloud (AWS / GCP).

Secondary Skill : Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Hands-on experience with AWS and GCP services, including IAM configurations.

Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and automation tools.

Experience in designing and managing IAM roles, policies, and access controls.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Certification in AWS, GCP, or relevant cloud technologies.

Experience with DevOps tools and CI / CD processes.

Exposure to hybrid cloud environments.
