Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager Business Analysis & Project Delivery to lead a team of 7 Business Analysts based in our Bangalore office.

This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our offshore BA team and onshore Product Owners, ensuring seamless communication, strategic alignment, and agile delivery excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of agile methodologies, and the ability to translate business strategy into actionable delivery plans.
