Assistant Manager – Field Operations

Job descriptionBuild and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with doctors and clinical partners. Manage schedules, ensure service quality, and handle escalations or feedback loops. Ensure adherence to Allo's clinical and operational protocols. Execute offline and hyperlocal marketing campaigns across Mumbai. Coordinate with the marketing team to deploy brand-aligned collaterals in the field. Organize and represent Allo Health at relevant events, seminars, and health forums. Identify new market pockets or clinics for expansion and partnership. Conduct competitor research and field-level insights to support strategic planning. Assist leadership in executing growth initiatives aligned with Allo's mission. Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations and address on-ground challenges. Optimize field processes for scale, efficiency, and quality. Travel regularly across Mumbai to ensure active field presence and execution. Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred). 1–5 years of hands-on field experience in healthcare, wellness, startups, or B2C operations. Must be currently based in Mumbai and well-versed with city geography. Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory for local travel. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Passionate about healthcare innovation and community impact. Salary aligned with early-stage startup standards and candidate experience. Role Overview We are looking for a proactive, self-driven Assistant Manager – Field Operations to join our Mumbai team. This role is crucial to driving Allo Health's growth through on-ground operations, doctor relationship management, local marketing campaigns, and clinic support. The ideal candidate should have solid field experience, be Mumbai-based, and comfortable with frequent local travel.
