Job description5–10 years of unsecured loan or consumer durable collections experience in NBFC / Fintech / Banking. Proven experience in leading large field teams and vendor oversight. Strong MS Excel and presentation skills; able to derive insights from data. Open to travel; strong leadership, planning, and communication abilities.
Role Responsibilities :
- Lead field recovery operations across Mumbai & Pune, managing TLs and external vendors.
- Monitor CRR metrics and ensure audit and quality standards at the vendor level.
- Implement capacity planning, portfolio allocation, and performance tracking.
- Resolve escalations and improve collection strategy through departmental coordination.
