Learning & Development (L&D) professional or organization

to design and implement comprehensive training programs aimed at strengthening sales effectiveness, enhancing customer engagement, and improving overall workplace performance across our retail network.

Scope of Work

The selected L&D partner will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering customized training programs for our

Sales Teams

, with a focus on :

1. Sales & Customer Experience Training

• Upselling and cross-selling techniques for HNI's and multi-generational customers.
• Premium customer experience Mindset
• Building long-term customer relationships

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
