We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our Learning & Talent team. The role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs to support employee growth and development across entry and mid-levels. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, and other stakeholders to create impactful learning solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leaders and business stakeholders to identify skills development needs.
Conduct learning needs analysis through surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms.
Design and develop learning programs using instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Deliver and facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops (in-person and virtual).
Customize learning interventions using multiple formats – e-learning, instructor-led, blended.
Collaborate with the Learning Management System (LMS) team for content updates, tracking, and reporting.
Recommend and implement innovative tools, resources, or systems to enhance learning initiatives.
Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and KPIs; provide actionable insights.
Foster a learning culture by promoting continuous development and knowledge-sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
6–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related HR functions.
Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and development methodologies.
Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and engage diverse audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and attention to detail.
Skilled at using data and analytics to improve learning outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
Certifications in Instructional Design, Learning Delivery, or Learning Evaluation.
Experience in leading organization-wide training programs.
Creative approach to delivering impactful, engaging learning experiences.
