Role Purpose : Maximize sell-out performance for GripIt's small domestic appliances brand within the modern retail channel. Lead impactful shopper engagement through road shows, superior promoter management, and best-in-class display standards to drive conversion, visibility, and brand awareness.Key Responsibilities : Achieve and exceed aggressive sell-out targets for GripIt's distributed brand products across all modern retail partners (e.g., Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales, and other regional modern trade stores).Develop, plan, and execute road shows and in-store activation programs to generate demand, educate consumers, and increase product trial.Build and manage the promoter and field sales team : recruit, train, motivate, and measure performance to ensure best-in-class brand representation and shopper engagement.Oversee display management : ensure installation, upkeep, and compliance with planograms; maintain high-impact merchandising standards, visual identity, and product availability at all times.Collaborate with
