Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven Senior Area Sales Manager Agency Digital to manage and grow strategic digital partnerships across FinTech, Online Travel Aggregators, and E-Commerce segments.
The role involves key account management, digital business development, and product-market fit alignment for General Insurance (GI) products.
The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, digital sales expertise, and the ability to drive end-to-end digital integration with Growth & Account Management
- Achieve assigned business targets through mapped partnerships.
- Ensure overall business hygiene, partner satisfaction, and consistent revenue growth.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify opportunities for incremental & Customer Alignment
- Understand customer requirements and ensure alignment with GI product offerings (Motor,
Travel, Extended Warranty, Accident & Health).
Support digital-first product positioning and DevelopmentExplore new opportunities within mapped partnerships.Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and close new digital IntegrationWork closely with partner technology teams for seamless integration of digital processes, from sourcing to ExpertiseStrong understanding of General Insurance products and their digital applicability.Proven experience in business development / digital sales, ideally in FinTech, e-commerce, or online aggregator ecosystems.Knowledge and hands-on experience with tech integrations in partner ecosystems.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.3-8 years of relevant experience, depending on band fit (Band 3 / 4)(ref : iimjobs.com)
