Position Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead our South India business from Bangalore. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth in the industrial cleaning solutions and equipment segment, building strong client relationships, and managing a team of field sales engineers to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive sales of industrial cleaning machines, equipment, and solutions in Karnataka and neighboring states.
• Manage and mentor a small team of sales engineers to ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Build relationships with facility management companies, corporates, pharma, and manufacturing clients.
• Conduct technical presentations, demos, and trials of cleaning solutions.
• Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to increase market share.
• Prepare sales forecasts, regional performance reports, and share insights with B.E. degree (Mechanical / Electrical preferred).
• 5 to 8 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in cleaning, industrial equipment, or facility solutions.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in guiding a sales team.
• Knowledge of South Indian markets is desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Two-wheeler is salary with allowances.
