Area Sales Manager (Female candidates only) with leading FMCG organization

Work with one of India's leading marketer in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Business.
Amongst the most admitted organizations, the company has established a vibrant product portfolio with world class FMCG brands which are market leaders.

Location : Bangalore

Position : Area Sales Manager (Female candidates only)

Profile : Only existing Area Managers need to apply

Channel : General Trade / Modern Trade

Age criteria : Less than 33 years only

Ideal candidate :

MBA with 5 Plus years of FMCG sales experience and exposure to GT / MT channels. (existing Area Managers only need to apply)

Proficient knowledge in distributors / channel management and experience in FMCG is a must

Strong geographical knowledge and proficient in local language.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.

Team management and achieving sales growth

Sales process & strategy

Team working and leadership

Channel development and management

Trade marketing & Sales development

Understanding of markets, channels and consumer segments
