Human Resources (HR) Executive in Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.)
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and HR databases in Excel
• Assist in onboarding new employees and completing joining formalities
• Support in drafting HR-related letters, documents, and reports using MS Word
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
• Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day operations and HR activities
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
