Territory Sales Manager (India-based) — Drive Sales Growth with a Global Learning Solutions Leader

Location : Full-time, onsite at our Noida, India office — open to India candidates only.

Are you a seasoned sales professional ready to own your pipeline and close deals that matter Infopro Learning, a dynamic leader in corporate learning solutions, is looking for a full-time Territory Sales Manager based onsite in Noida, India to spearhead sales efforts focused on clients in the US and Europe . If you have 4-8 years of proven success owning pipelines and closing complex deals — not just setting meetings — this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.

Why This Role

This is not a role for meeting setters or appointment makers. We want a true closer — someone with solid experience selling directly to enterprise clients in the US or European markets who can independently own their territory, develop strategic account plans, and consistently hit ambitious revenue targets.

What You'll Own

  • Drive new business : Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise sales opportunities in your assigned territory (US or Europe).
  • Build & manage your pipeline : Own your full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Close deals with confidence : Navigate complex B2B sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Be the regional expert : Develop deep relationships with customers and internal teams to maximize growth.
  • Collaborate for success : Partner with marketing, presales engineers, and subject matter experts who back your sales efforts.

What We're Looking For

  • 4-8 years of enterprise B2B sales experience owning a pipeline and closing deals — essential.
  • Proven success selling to US and / or European corporate clients (not just India-based).
  • Strong self-starter who thrives working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional prospecting and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with confidence.
  • Passion for learning and development solutions is a plus.
