Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) :
1. Hiring talent across businesses.
2. Engaging with all third-party HR consultants and companies.
3. Negotiate and assist campus hiring, to hire interns.
4. Reach out to companies.
5. Shortlist CVs.
6. Manage initial interviews.
7. Coordinate interviews with MD.
8. Coordinate joining of new employees.
9. Post induction formalities, orientation and induction.
10. Finalise HR policies, that includes clearance of TA / DA bills and forward to account.
11. Work with admin for any HR related work.
12. Conduct in-house training sessions through online courses (udemy, coursera, ISB), on time management, efficiency etc.
13. HR insurance compliance.
14. All insurance compliance.
15. Preparation of salaries, review of attendance ensuring punctuality.
16. Leave approval management.
17. Any other task to be assigned by management.
