Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the P&L for the assigned channels, ensuring defined targets and margins are
consistently achieved & exceeded
Develop strategic account plans, negotiate contracts, and nurture long-term relationships withmarketplace contacts for business growth
Conduct regular sales and financial performance analysis, preparing detailed reports and forecaststo inform strategy.
Coordinate closely with merchandising, marketing, logistics teams to optimize assortment,inventory, and promotional strategies.
Implement data-driven business development initiatives for new product launches, improvedcatalog optimization, and enhanced brand visibility.
Recommend and execute targeted advertising and organic initiatives to deliver sales goals andgrow market share.
Continuously analyze competitive landscape, customer needs, and market trends to identifyexpansion opportunities and risk areas.
Ensure positive customer experience while delivering operational excellence and processimprovements.
Qualifications & Skills
