Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead account growth and customer success across our Enterprise (EE) and Emerging (EN) segments. This role is responsible for driving revenue, ensuring client satisfaction, and nurturing long-term strategic relationships. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in IT services, including Cloud, Infrastructure, AI / Analytics, ERP, CRM, Security, and Digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Growth & Retention : Accelerate revenue growth, strengthen executive relationships, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Customer Success & Delivery Alignment : Guarantee delivery excellence, maintain high CSAT / NPS scores, and lead proactive client engagement.
- Sales Leadership & Strategy : Develop and execute account plans, forecast growth, manage renewals, and collaborate closely with presales and delivery teams.
- Market & GTM (Preferred) : Support go-to-market strategies and contribute to US market expansion within the NN segment.
Skills & Experience
10–15 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success within IT services.Demonstrated success in growing and retaining EE & EN accounts.Proven ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders.Strong business acumen, with excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills.Advantageous : Experience in GTM strategy and US market expansion.Why Join Us
