HR Manager (Full Time) – Job Responsibilities (Financial Services Company) :

• Develop and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and compliance with labour laws and SEBI-related HR guidelines.
• Drive employee engagement, training, and professional development programs aligned with broking industry needs.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and incentive structures to ensure accuracy and timely disbursement.
• Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters with a fair and professional approach.
• Support leadership in workforce planning, retention strategies, and building a performance-driven culture.
