What you’ll take charge of :

• Shape manpower planning and talent acquisition to fuel business growth
• Build seamless onboarding, induction, and retention programs that strengthen culture
• Drive competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive models that reward performance
• Create employee engagement programs that connect, inspire, and retain talent
• Lead performance management with clear metrics, timely reviews, and growth pathways
• Design training & development that upskills people and builds future leaders
• Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
• Integrate HR processes with ERP & HRMIS for efficiency and data-driven decisions
