The role is responsible for determining the demand of products from clients, identify potential customers, driving customer interactions and satisfaction with existing customers and ensuring all payments are well within the credit limit and completed in the set credit period

Market Analysis, Sales Planning and Forecasting
Study the customers potential by analysis the market and plan for relevant sales connects. Performs regular study on competitor activitySuggests the goods to be made based on the studyAccordingly conduct an internal planning for production and delivery of all client requirementsArrive at location wise clients to achieve targets and growthReviews the monthly sales targets and plans to achieve the sameCustomer Relationship Management
Create and grade Clients in the financial range of A+, A1, B and C and ensure there is a planned and schedule customer connect proactively by providing the roll statusFocus on high potential clients in the location and engage with the client continuously till the finalization of their need and delivery to ensure they are not lost to competitionEnsures regular connect with the customer looking at their key buying influence (KBI) and also gets insight into what is happening in the industryReduce turn over time of rolls by focusing on high value rollsBill Processing, Payments and Reporting
Ensure that all customer invoices are processed, planned in a timely manner. Follows up on Sales outstanding to ensure closureWork with the Accounts department to ensure payments come in before the credit periodEnsure there are no delays in payment in the planned credit limit and credit periodTracks list of payments overdue,Submits a report on quotations to be followed up on and works on ensuring a closure on the sameSubmits a report on orders lost and analyses reasons for the sameProduct Packaging
Plan and ensure supply to factory requirements such as Camber data, Edge relief data, repair confirmation requirement, packing box availability, Transported Name, Bearing requirement etc.Amend purchase orders as needed to ensure that client delivery timelines are metTeam Planning and Management :
Conduct a daily morning Sales meeting on closuresDevelop a team of Sales and Service Engineers to meet and expand Business requirementsContinuously interact with the Sales and Internal sales team to work towards better customer satisfactionEnsures submission of a daily reports covering daily meetings, visits, list of complaints and complaint summarySkill & Knowledge requirements
