Role Overview :
The Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market presence, managing operations, and leading a high-performing team across the state. This role requires strong leadership, industry expertise, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and expand market share in Mumbai.
- Build and strengthen retail and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Catering) presence.
- Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for the state.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Achieve sales volumes, implement trade schemes, and ensure smooth operations.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, trade partners, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Alcobev industry.Proven track record of sales leadership and business development.Strong knowledge of the Mumbai market.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage large teams and drive results.Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.What We Offer :
