We are seeking a Zonal Head Sales with strong expertise in sourcing and closing Two-Wheeler (TW) cases. The ideal candidate will have proven team handling capabilities and a background working with leading NBFCs or Banks in the TW segment. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive sales performance and manage a team effectively within the assigned zone.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Sales Leadership : Lead and drive sales efforts within the assigned zone, with a primary focus on sourcing and closing Two-Wheeler (TW) loan cases.
- Team Management : Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring individual and team targets are met.
- Business Development : Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach and increase sales volume in the TW segment.
- Performance Monitoring : Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent growth.
- Relationship Management : Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealerships, partners, and customers.
Skills Required :
