Job Title : Staffing Sales Head

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Staffing Sales Head to lead our business development and client engagement efforts across India and international markets such as the US and GCC regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and executing go-to-market strategies, driving new client acquisition, managing key accounts, and leading a team of account managers to deliver revenue and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for new customer acquisition across regions (India, US, GCC).
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the staffing and workforce solutions space.
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers , ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue targets.
- Mine and expand existing enterprise accounts , maximizing wallet share and ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Manage all aspects of commercials, contracts, and margin optimization to maintain healthy profitability.
- Build, nurture, and sustain strong relationships with CXO, CHRO, and procurement leaders.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment delivery, finance, and legal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.
- Monitor industry trends, competition, and market movements , and provide insights to senior management for strategic decisions.
- Drive accurate sales forecasting , pipeline management, and periodic business reporting.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, contractual, and service-level obligations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.10+ years of experience in sales and business development within staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions .Proven record in leading regional or global staffing sales (experience with US, India, GCC markets preferred).Strong expertise in enterprise account mining and expansion .Experience managing teams of Account Managers or Sales Professionals .Strong understanding of pricing structures, contract negotiation, and margin management .Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making abilities.Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and pipeline reporting.Preferred / Nice to Have
Prior experience handling large accounts in IT, Non-IT, or Engineering staffing.Exposure to RPO, MSP, or project-based staffing models .Experience in multi-country staffing operations (India, GCC, US).Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
