Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute the company’s go-to-market sales strategy across IoT, HVAC, SaaS, and BFSI sectors.
- Define and implement structured sales frameworks to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Identify and expand new business opportunities across enterprise clients, system integrators, and strategic alliances.
- Drive consultative selling with a strong focus on solution value, ROI, and digital transformation outcomes .
Team Management & Development
Lead, mentor, and scale a sales team across regions and industry verticals.Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and incentive structures to motivate and maximize productivity.Encourage a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.Client & Partner Engagement
Build and nurture C-level relationships with clients in BFSI, manufacturing, real estate, and related industries.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align offerings with evolving client needs.Strengthen relationships with channel partners, OEMs, and technology alliances to expand market reach.Market Insights & Growth
Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer demands to refine positioning and solutions.Leverage data-driven insights to forecast sales pipelines and optimize performance.Represent the company at conferences, forums, and industry associations to enhance brand visibility.Skills & Competencies
Domain Expertise
Proven knowledge of IoT applications in smart buildings, connected devices, predictive maintenance, and industrial automation.In-depth understanding of HVAC industry sales cycles , energy efficiency trends, and green building technologies.Strong background in SaaS solutions , subscription models, and enterprise cloud adoption.Familiarity with BFSI technology ecosystems including digital transformation, compliance, and customer engagement platforms.Sales & Leadership Skills
Track record of achieving multi-million-dollar revenue targets in enterprise sales.Ability to conceptualize and execute complex, long-cycle B2B sales processes .Expertise in solution selling, key account management, and contract negotiation .Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.Behavioral Attributes

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields .15–20 years of proven sales leadership experience in IoT, HVAC, SaaS, or BFSI industries .Demonstrated success in scaling sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.Global exposure or experience with multi-regional markets is a strong plus.
