Govindah Nutrition is a dairy based nutritional RTE / RTC products company started by IIT alumni focusing on building a mass premium dairy brand in central, west & northern India with launch of liquid milk as well as value added milk products like dahi, lassi, chach, paneer, ghee, milk shakes, yoghurt & cheese.
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate professional with 5+ years of experience in retail sales.
Position requires
1. Building retail level (GT / MT) sales coverage from scratch for a milk / milk products brand as a challenger brand to large players
2. Establish a new distributor network that would be responsible for the daily retail sales as required in milk distribution
3. Implement systems & incentives that would enable retailer retention and increase weighted distribution in the product category
Role & responsibilities
1. Achieving sales coverage & growth by appointing distributors, managing & gaining volume through GT / retail coverage
2. Working & executing sales systems & promotion schemes to achieve targeted growth across segments & key retail outlets
3. Launch new products & open new territories, hiring & managing sales team, ensuring high level performance from the field force in terms of achieving sales numbers
Required Candidate profile :
1. Should have worked in building market for a new launch FMCG product
2. Should have worked on achieving volume growth for a new brand in a new area / city and worked on establishing sales systems
3. Should be hands on in working in the market with distributors, building retail coverage with strong secondary sales focus
4. Should be independently responsible for ensuring volume growth, logistics & collection in the assigned market
5. Candidates with experience in handling & managing sales field teams in FMCG or Beverage industry
