About the Role :
We are looking for a result-driven and dynamic Deputy Area Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B direct industrial sales, managing key customer relationships, and achieving business growth in their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Analyse customer requirements and recommend the most suitable solutions from Domino's product portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports on market opportunities, competitor activities, and ongoing projects.
- Provide feedback from customers to internal teams to support product development and service improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues related to products, delivery, and services.
Required Skillsets :
Strong B2B Industrial Sales experience, preferably in direct sales models.Good understanding of industrial product portfolios and ability to propose solution- based selling.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in local language and English, both written and verbal.Self-motivated, target-oriented with a strong customer-first approach.Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Educational Qualification - MBA / BTech / BE / Diploma / BSc in relevant discipline.
