Role Overview
As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our marketing initiatives with a strong focus on organic growth, brand storytelling, and digital presence. You will oversee a multidisciplinary marketing team of ~10 members including video editors, designers, social media leads (Instagram, YouTube), and interns and drive strategies that accelerate audience engagement, community growth, and brand awareness.
Key & Leadership
- Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with NPreps growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse marketing team of 10+ professionals across creative and digital functions.
- Establish efficient processes for campaign execution, performance tracking, and content quality.
Organic & Digital Growth
Drive organic marketing across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn to build strong audience engagement.Develop viral and educational content strategies to enhance brand visibility.Collaborate closely with product and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling.Brand & Community Building
Build and strengthen NPreps brand voice and positioning in the education and test-prep ecosystem.Engage with online communities, influencers, and partners to drive authentic connections.Design campaigns that convert audience trust into measurable growth.Analytics & Optimization
Monitor marketing performance using key KPIs (engagement, reach, conversion, retention).Implement A / B testing and data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness.Manage marketing budgets efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.Why NPrep
