This is a full-time role for a Vice President of Sales at Ashapurna Buildcon Ltd. The role is based on-site in Jodhpur.
This senior leadership role is designed for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales strategy, team leadership, and channel development.
The VP will oversee sales planning, channel management, and customer acquisition while ensuring revenue targets are consistently achieved.
With a hands-on approach, the role requires balancing strategic direction with operational execution. Tased on experience and 20+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 10 years in real estate sales leadership roles (GM / VP / National Sales Head level).
Proven track record of driving high-volume sales in both residential and commercial real estate.
Strong network of channel partners, brokers, and institutional clients.
Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring large sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
Ability to build and implement strategic sales plans while staying closely involved in execution.
