About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst (Pre-Sales & Email Marketing) who can bridge the gap between sales, marketing, and business development. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, data mining, email automation, and client communication along with strong skills in preparing business documents (BRD, FRD, proposals, and presentations). Hands-on expertise with Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate and qualify leads using Apollo.io, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other platforms.
- Execute email marketing and automation campaigns to nurture leads and drive engagement.
- Maintain and update leads, prospects, and pipeline in Salesforce CRM.
- Perform data mining, data manipulation, and validation to build high-quality prospect lists.
Conduct pre-sales activities including :
Preparing BRD, FRD, SRS, proposals, and RFP responses.Supporting the sales team in client communication and presentations.Gathering and analyzing client requirements.Collaborate with the business development team to convert leads into opportunities / projects.Track and report the performance of email campaigns, lead generation efforts, and pre-sales Skills & Qualifications :Proven experience in pre-sales, business analysis, and email marketing.Hands-on with Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools.Strong knowledge of data research, mining, and manipulation.Ability to draft business documents (BRD, FRD, proposals, wireframes, flowcharts, etc.)Excellent communication and client-handling skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Why Join Emizen Tech?
