Key Responsibilities : -
1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Interact with clients, stakeholders, and users to collect business needs and objectives.
- Conduct workshops and meetings to understand existing processes.
- Analyze workflows and identify areas for process improvement or automation.
2. Documentation
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and Business Use Cases.Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and mock-ups for software or web functionalities.Maintain version control and ensure requirements are traceable throughout the project lifecycle.3. Coordination & Communication
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development / testing teams.Ensure clear understanding of requirements, acceptance criteria, and deliverables.Communicate project updates, changes, and risks to stakeholders effectively.4. Testing & Validation
Participate in functional and user acceptance testing (UAT).Validate that implemented solutions meet documented business requirements.Support users during testing and deployment phases.5. Reporting & Support
Prepare Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM).Support post-implementation analysis and change requests.Generate analytical reports and dashboards to aid business decision-making.Preferred Skills & Qualifications : -
Experience in e-Governance, ERP, or enterprise-scale software systems.Strong understanding of data visualization principles and analytical dashboards.Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.(ref : iimjobs.com)
