IT Business Partner

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead all digital projects for Quality, Regulatory, and R&D functions.
• Drive organizational change by implementing new technologies such as AI, ML, and generative AI.
• Manage and optimize systems including LIMS, DMS, QMS, and VLMS.
• Oversee and mentor a team of IT professionals.
• Lead the IT Internal Audit Team, ensuring compliance and best practices.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals and regulatory requirements.
