Job Description :

1) Experience and functional knowledge of ERP, Fin-tech, Hyper-local, E-Commerce, Quick commerce, and other in-trend domains.

2) Experience in managing multiple IT Projects.

3) Documenting and analysing the required information and data.

4) Understanding the technical designs as well as the specifications.

5) Effectively communicating with internal and external teams to deliver functional requirements, like very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customers' needs, so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.

6) Acting as the link between the customer, development team, and any third-party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle.

7) Day-to-day management of change requests in relation to the project, manages transition plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met.

8) Weekly reports to be produced for the project manager showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks, and dependencies.

9) Should have worked in the service industry.

10) Excellent documentation and communication skills.

11) Willing to travel to client locations for requirement gathering, UAT, etc.

12) Should have knowledge about an issue tracking system like JIRA.

13) Should have knowledge of wireframing and be good with the graphical representation of the requirement.
