Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in presales, solution design, and client engagement within the IT services domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales and business development teams to design, present, and deliver high-quality business proposals and technical solutions to clients.

Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a Presales role.

Strong understanding of IT Services, Software Solutions, and Digital Transformation domains.

Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and solution documentation.

Proven track record in proposal writing, estimation, and client presentations.

Ability to translate business needs into clear technical solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience working independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in MS Office tools, wireframing, and documentation software.
