About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in the Event Tech industry. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, products, and platforms that enhance event experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work closely with stakeholders (clients, product owners, and tech teams) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and feasibility studies specific to event technology solutions (e.g., event management platforms, ticketing, virtual / hybrid event tools, attendee engagement platforms).
• Support product roadmap discussions and contribute insights from the event technology perspective.
• Collaborate with QA teams to validate test cases and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks / issues, and recommend solutions.
• Stay updated with event technology trends (AI in events, virtual reality, networking tools, analytics, event apps).
