Job Description :
1. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Design plan and execute employee engagement programs that align with business goals and promote organizational values.
Conduct regular engagement surveys analyze feedback and drive action plans to improve employee morale and satisfaction.
Partner with leadership teams to create a culture of inclusion recognition and continuous improvement.
Organize events communication campaigns and recognition initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
2. Attrition & Retention Management
Analyze attrition trends and identify key drivers of employee turnover.
Develop and implement retention strategies based on data insights and employee feedback.
Partner with business managers to create targeted action plans for high-risk departments or employee groups.
Conduct stay interviews exit interviews and pulse checks to assess engagement and predict attrition risks.
Monitor retention metrics and report progress to leadership regularly.
3. Business Partnering & Strategic HR Support
Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders on people-related matters including workforce planning engagement and performance.
Provide insights on organizational health team morale and leadership effectiveness.
Support in building a high-performance culture through consistent communication coaching and performance management.
4. HR Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze key HR metrics - engagement scores attrition rate retention percentage and absenteeism.
Present data-driven insights to leadership for strategic workforce planning.
Use HR analytics tools to monitor the impact of engagement and retention initiatives.
