Deliverables :
Oversee overall day-to-day HRBP operations which includes onboarding, offboarding, engagement, events , performance management, rewards and recognition and grievance managementDrive continuous improvement and efficiency in HRBP processesCoaching and mentoring people managers to drive engagement and high performanceManage the performance review and improvement cycle of employeesPartner with key stakeholders on various HR related matters such as budgeting and workforce planningPartner with Business Leaders to shape a people strategy(hiring, engagement and development) that aligns and moves Zeno towards continued growth, innovation and improvementContinually audit and monitor compliance with HR policies and proceduresDriving a positive employee experience throughout their lifecyclePartner with Legal on employment and contractual requirementsWhat you will do day to day :

MBA HR - tier 1 - 2Or MSWGood school and bachelor experienceExperience you need to do the job :
8-10+ years of experience of driving HRBP operations with growth stage organization ( retail, D2C, banks )Worked with face paced / growth stage company and have done setup of workHave stability or have taken atleast 1-2 level raise (Min 4-5 years stability)Have hands on experience with retail and corporate functionsManaged multiple teams across geographiesSkills
