Candidate Preference :

Candidates should be residing on the Western Line for easy commuting to Malad Office.

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering (employee engagement performance management stakeholder management).

Exposure to sales / large business workforce handling will be an added advantage.

Skillset & Attributes :

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively.

Good data orientation and basic HR analytics understanding.

Should be passionate proactive and hands-on with execution.

Should possess high ownership and accountability.
