Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Bulk Hiring Recruiter to manage high-volume recruitment processes. This role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding large numbers of candidates within tight timelines, ensuring quality hires to meet operational demands. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring campaigns
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract large talent pools
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment efforts
- Organize and participate in job fairs, walk-ins, and hiring events
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future hiring needs
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Generate regular reports on hiring metrics and progress
- Requirements :
- Proven experience in bulk or volume hiring (BPO, retail, manufacturing, etc. preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR databases
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience hiring for blue-collar or entry-level roles
- Prior exposure to hiring events and campus recruitment
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus
