We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team on a contract staffing basis in Bangalore and Noida. The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in the job market context of India.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various IT roles
- Managing end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline through various sources
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' skills and fit for the role
- Negotiating and finalizing offers with candidates
- Collaborating with hiring managers and understanding their recruitment needs
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and preparing reports
- Staying up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and technologies
Skills and Qualifications
