We are seeking a proficient and experienced ServiceNow HRSD System Administrator to join our HR Technology team. As the HRSD System Administrator, your primary responsibility will be the day-to-day administration, configuration, and upkeep of the ServiceNow HRSD platform. The successful candidate will collaborate with HR stakeholders and IT teams to ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes and workflows. In this role, you will… Platform Administration : Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD platform, ensuring its stability, reliability, and security. Conduct routine system checks, updates, and patches to keep the platform current. User Access and Permissions : Manage user access and permissions within the ServiceNow HRSD platform, ensuring proper roles and security controls. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to establish and enforce access policies. Incident and Problem Resolution : Monitor and respond to incidents and service requests related to the ServiceNow HRSD platform. Address system issues promptly to minimize impact to Employees and HR operations. Configuration and Customization : Configure and customize the ServiceNow HRSD module to meet evolving business requirements. Work with HRSD Analyst and Architect to Implement system changes, workflows, and UI enhancements as required. Integration Management : Collaborate with IT teams to manage integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other HR systems. Ensure smooth data flow and troubleshoot integration issues as they arise. Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures. Collaborate with HRSD Analyst to provide user guides and training materials to HR teams and end-users. System Monitoring and Performance Optimization : Monitor system performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Implement best practices to enhance the overall performance of the ServiceNow HRSD platform In this role, you’ll need … Experience and Skills : 5+yrs of experience in Service Now platform ServiceNow Administration : Proven experience in administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on the HR Service Delivery module. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is highly desirable. Technical Proficiency : Strong technical knowledge in scripting languages (JavaScript), HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies for ServiceNow customization. Experience with ServiceNow workflow design and UI configuration. Problem-Solving Skills : Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve system-related issues promptly. Proactive approach to identifying potential problems before they impact operations. Communication and Collaboration : Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with ServiceNow vendor, HR teams, IT teams, and end-users. Support HRSD Analyst and Architect to translate business requirements into technical system configurations. Attention to Detail : High attention to detail in system configurations, access management, and documentation. Ability to ensure accuracy and data integrity within the ServiceNow HRSD platform. Time Management : Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
