ServiceNow Developer (ITAM) (6+Years)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute asset management policies, procedures, and processes for effective Hardware Asset Management (HAM).

Govern existing documents and ensure timely updates of all HAM documentation .

Represent the organization during internal and external audits for HAM, ensuring zero non-conformance .

Manage NIST-related audits pertaining to HAM and work toward improving the NIST score.

Support RFP processes for client audit controls.

Perform HAM KPI reviews, including asset accuracy validation .

Ensure all hardware assets comply with internal policies and external regulations .

Utilize ServiceNow’s HAM module to automate and streamline asset management processes.

Maintain a comprehensive CMDB to track and manage hardware assets across their lifecycle.

What You Must Have

BE or equivalent degree with end-to-end IT Asset Management knowledge .

Proven experience in Hardware Asset Management and audit readiness .

Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to deliver meaningful outcomes.
