About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Recruiter. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our growing Sales, Marketing, HR, CX & Ops organisations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of attracting and hiring top talent, a deep understanding of the hiring process, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience
• Be responsible for sourcing and developing a candidate pipeline
• Interview candidates, update them throughout the process and negotiate compensation
• Set hiring managers' expectations and develop processes around interviewing
• Brainstorm with hiring managers' to assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each search
• Develop recruitment advertising and employment branding strategies
