📍 Location : Bangalore

💰 Salary : ₹25,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Job Description :

We are seeking a passionate and driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding selected candidates.

You will play a vital role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Post job openings on various portals and social media platforms.
Source candidates through job boards, , referrals, and networking.
Conduct preliminary HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds.
Maintain and update recruitment reports and candidate databases.
Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
Ensure timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.

Requirements :

Any graduate (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS systems is an advantage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.

Freshers with strong communication and enthusiasm for HR can apply.
