What You’ll Do
Own the onboarding and activation of new D2C brands and sellers.
Conduct demo and discovery calls to guide prospects through our platform.
Explain product features, pricing, and category opportunities with clarity.
Ensure seamless onboarding, catalog setup, and early sales success.
Build and nurture relationships to drive account growth and retention.
Use CRM tools to manage leads, pipeline, and performance tracking.
Stay sharp on D2C and e-commerce trends, seller needs, and competition.
Who We’re Looking For
1+ years of B2B / Inside Sales / Account Management experience (D2C / E-commerce / SaaS is a big plus!)
Fluent in English & Hindi (regional language is a bonus).
Confident using Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools.
A strong communicator who blends hustle with empathy.
Growth mindset — eager to learn, adapt, and make things happen.
