Some of the key responsibilities will include :
- Generating new business leads through online research, social media, databases, and networking.
- Initiate and manage cold calls and targeted email campaigns to introduce staffing solutions.
- Follow up with prospects, schedule meetings, and assist the sales team in client conversions.
- Maintain and regularly update the lead database with accurate information.
- Prepare proposals, sales presentations, and other client-oriented materials.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity in the recruitment / staffing sector.
To be eligible for this role you will require :
1–2 years of hands-on experience in business development or lead generation in a staffing / recruitment agency.Strong background in cold calling, email marketing, and client research.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Must be open to working from the Hebbal, Bangalore office.Please contact Megha Phirangi or email your cv directly in word format to Megha_P@theedgepartnership.com
