As an HR Executive – Internal Hiring, you’ll be responsible for identifying top talent within the organization and facilitating smooth transitions across departments. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, understand organizational goals, and ensure our internal mobility strategy supports both company growth and employee development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end internal recruitment processes
• Partner with department heads to understand internal hiring needs
• Track and maintain internal job postings, applications, and feedback
• Identify potential internal candidates and support their career progression
• Ensure seamless onboarding and documentation for internal transfers
• Maintain strong employee relations and resolve transition-related queries
• Contribute to HR initiatives like engagement, retention, and policy implementation
